Architecture Initiative has secured planning for The Gramophone at The Old Vinyl Factory
Following a strong track record of designing and delivering numerous schemes within the borough for both the private and public sector we are delighted to be appointed on their recent DPS (dynamic purchasing system). The framework seeks to appoint construction consultancy services primarily but not exclusively to support construction works for housing, education, regeneration and general construction projects. Whilst it is anticipated that the majority of the work will be undertaken within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets but the DPS will be available for use by local authorities throughout the UK and will be in place for 10 years.
