The Fulham Boys School were the very proud winner of Project of the Year in the 2021 Government Property Awards.

 

Completed in early 2021 for LocatED, this redevelopment of the site of the former Fulham Police Station, realised a mixed-use development comprising a permanent home for The Fulham Boys School offering a 600 place secondary school and 200 place sixth form, Met police counter and residential apartments in an integrated development, regenerating a predominantly empty site into a valuable community asset.

 

Sponsored by Avison Young, the Project of the Year Award recognises a transformational project that has contributed to excellence and improved outcomes in government property.
